Vogue Fitness opened its doors in late August as part of the second redevelopment phase of Yas Marina, operated and managed by Camper & Nicholsons Marinas. A core component of establishing the Marina as a holistic lifestyle and fitness destination, Yas Marina joined forces with Vogue Fitness to offer adrenaline fuelled training sessions within the fitness studio and around the Marina. Billy Graham and Patrick Hegarty, Co-Founders of Vogue Fitness, commented on Greg Glassman and Dave Castro’s visit:

CrossFit is defined as 'constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity' and teaches you strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, balance, agility, co-ordination and accuracy. Reebok CrossFit Yas and Vogue Fitness memberships are capped at 80 members and sessions are scaled to suit all abilities. Spaces are limited to ensure all members get the most out of their intense workout that is run by highly skilled coaches from around the world.

Memberships for the CrossFit Yas Programme by Vogue Fitness are now available as a one month or three month package. One month is priced at AED 950 and three months is AED 2700. With this package, members have access to multiple CrossFit classes each day, a functionally designed gym and access to the full range of Gym Classes including Kettlebells, Boxing, Circuits, Pilates, Yogilates, Olympic lifting and much more. Each CrossFit class lasts a maximum of one hour and on Fridays and Saturdays there is one CrossFit class a day. All CrossFit enthusiasts have to undergo an introduction class that lasts two hours and takes place every Sunday for AED150.
